Frequently asked questions
How do I register for a workshop?
Open the workshop you'd like to attend, choose the number of tickets and press Register. You'll pay securely online and receive a confirmation email straight away.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
I didn't receive my confirmation email.
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email us with the name you registered under and we'll resend it.
Do I need any experience?
Most of our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Each workshop page says whether it is beginner-friendly.
Where are the workshops held?
Venues change from workshop to workshop. The full address and directions are on each workshop page and in your confirmation email.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Please see our cancellation and refund policy. In short, you can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the workshop. After that we can't refund, but you're welcome to send a friend in your place.
What if a workshop is cancelled?
If we ever have to cancel or reschedule, we'll email you right away and offer a full refund or a seat at the new date.
Can I book a private workshop for my group?
We love hosting birthdays, bridal showers and team gatherings. Get in touch through the contact form with your preferred dates and group size.
