Cancellations & refunds

Cancelling your booking. Cancel at least 7 days before the workshop for a full refund. Email us with your booking reference to cancel. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 working days.

Late cancellations. Within 7 days of the workshop we're unable to offer refunds, as materials are prepared in advance for each guest. You're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend at no cost. Simply email us their name.

If we cancel. If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Sukoon Studio, you'll be offered a full refund or a place at the new date.

Discounted and promotional tickets. The same policy applies to early-bird and discounted tickets; the refund amount is the price you paid.
