Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Sukoon Studio collects and how we use it.

What we collect. When you register for a workshop we collect your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number. When you join our newsletter we collect your email address. When you contact us we collect the details you include in your message.

How we use it. We use your details to manage your registration, send you confirmations, reminders and important updates about your workshop, and, only if you opted in, to send you our newsletter.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment information you provide to them.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are visited most. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our workshops (payment processing, email delivery and website hosting).

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us.
