Terms of booking

These terms apply to bookings made through the Sukoon Studio website.

Bookings. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email. Each ticket admits one person.

Prices. Prices are shown on each workshop page and include all materials listed under "What's included" unless stated otherwise.

Attendance. Please arrive on time. Workshops start promptly and we may not be able to repeat instructions for late arrivals. Please let us know in advance about any allergies or accessibility needs.

Photography. We sometimes take photographs during workshops to share on our website and Instagram. Let us know at the start of the session if you would prefer not to appear in photos.

Liability. Some workshops involve tools and materials such as craft knives, glass or hot wax. We'll show you how to use them safely; please follow the guidance given. Sukoon Studio is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the venue.

Changes. We may occasionally need to change a venue, date or instructor. We'll let you know as soon as possible and, if the change doesn't suit you, offer a full refund.
